OK, I finally sat down and played with the projector settings tonight - my Oppo 83 arrived today and I hooked it up to the HD20, so it was time to try some adjustments... 

First I started with the settings other people had posted in this thread, to see how they looked with my setup.  I found that my best picture was using pretty much the settings Deez listed in post #172 on page 6 of this thread, along with his changes he listed in post #250 on page 9:

Mode: User
Contrast: 41
Brightness: 28
Color: 58
Tint: 50
Sharpness: 9
